Dentists can now view their CDAnet dentist profiles online in the Members section of the CDA website (cda-adc.ca).
To view your profile, login to the Members section of the CDA website and click the ‘CDAnet Profile’ link at the top or along the left hand side of your screen.
Your online profile displays the CDAnet office(s) where you are an authorized CDAnet subscriber. To remove an office from your profile, select the appropriate checkbox, which will generate the appropriate form. Return the completed form to CDAnet by email (cdanet@cda-adc.ca) or fax (613-523-7070).
To make other changes to your CDAnet profile, including the addition of an office, forms can be obtained online (cdanet.ca) or by calling 1-800-267-9701 to have a form faxed to you.
