Has your office received error messages when submitting patient claims to Manulife Financial? Make sure your office team is aware of the 2 active Carrier Identification Numbers (sometimes called BIN numbers) for Manulife Financial:
- Use 610059 Manulife Financial if the patient’s benefits card does not reference Affinity Markets.
- Use 311113 Manulife Financial, Affinity Markets (formerly known as Liberty Health), if the patient’s benefits card references Affinity Markets.
