Dr. Mark Donaldson, BSP, RPh, PharmD, FASHP, FACHE
Dr. Donaldson is the director of pharmaceutical services at the Kalispell Regional Medical Center in Montana. He has a doctorate in clinical pharmacy from the University of Washington and has a special interest in dental pharmacology and the art of dental therapeutics. A member of the Editorial Board of The Journal of the American Dental Association, he has lectured internationally to both dental and medical practitioners.

Dr. Elizabeth Vella Caruana
Dr. Elizabeth Vella Caruana, BChD, DDS
Dr. Vella Caruana received her Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Malta and is an alumnus of the Qualifying Program at the University of Western Ontario.
She has a general dentistry practice in Waterdown, Ontario, and is a member of the International Team for Implantology and the Academy of General Dentistry. “I really enjoy making small contributions to JCDA-OASIS as it ties in with my continued reading and education.”
